Basements
We are so fortunate that many Colorado homes have basements, either finished (livable) or unfinished (concrete floors, no interior framing). A finished basement is a much less expensive way to gain livable space than an addition.
The Cool Company has created up to additional 1200 square feet of livable space by finishing basements. Typically most clients require additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a common room. We have also created home theaters, putting greens, poolrooms, offices, walk-in storage closets, mother-in-law apartments and wine cellars.
